FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Domestic Orders: We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Shop pay, Apple pay, Google Pay, and bank wire transfers. Our bank wire information will be included on your invoice for your convenience. Please note that your billing address and shipping address must match for us to proceed with processing your order.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR FINE JEWELRY
All in-stock purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items please allow 4-6 weeks for items to be shipped unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be provided to you via email when the order has been placed. Should you require a made-to-order or out of stock item to be expedited, please contact cj@cupusjewellery.com and we will prioritise your order to the fullest extent we are able.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks after finalising the agreed upon design. Please see Bespoke Service for more information.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately all items are not eligible for refund, exchange or return. Please make sure you have carefully read product description before making a purchase.
