▸ Design: Our designers will walk you through every step from start to finish.

▸ Quotation: The quotations may differs from project to project. All prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the quote date.

▸ Deposit: 50% of the quoted value is required upon confirmation in order to move forward into production. All deposit paid are non-refundable.

▸ Timeline: Production time may vary according to the complexity of projects.

▸ Completion: Once your bespoke piece is completed, the remaining balance must be paid for in full before the jewellery piece is dispatched.

▸ All bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
